To Queue Or Not To Queue

In the summer New York treats it's public to all manner of free entertainment. Shakespeare in the Park, at Central Park. Films show in the open air at Bryant Park, to name a couple.
Shakespeare in the Park requires the public to either collect their tickets, queuing for the free tickets on the morning of the performance at the ticket booth in Central Park - or alternatively, register online and join the 'virtual queue' - no guesses which one I I've joined. Simply log on the day you are free to see the performances and you are in the queue, whether you are asleep, at work, or doing something more productive with your time. If you are allocated tickets, they email you and you take ID to the performance and hey presto, Bob's your uncle, free show.
